A member of staff will contact you within 1 (PCU) working day to confirm if the loan has been approved.

Although we aim to respond to all applications within 1 (PCU) working day, initially it may take longer as staff adjust to the new loan application system.

No. Each online loan application will be assessed by a loan officer during PCU working hours. They will ensure all the information needed is present. Once a decision has been made, the loan officer will contact you on the number provided before payment is paid out.

We aim to have all loans accessed within 1 (PCU) working day however this may be longer initially as staff adjust to the new loan application system.

Each loan application will require different documentation depending on your circumstances. Typically 3 months bank statements are needed. If a guarantor is required, they will also need to provide 3 months bank statements.

In some circumstances, we may need to ask you for additional supporting information to help us to assess your individual loan.

You can submit a loan application online up to our max of £60,000.

Sometimes certain loans will need to be accessed by the credit committee which is held every Thursday morning e.g. first time borrowers. Members will be made aware if their loan application is going to the credit committee.

Therefore, if a loan is applied for on a Friday and needs reviewed by the credit committee, the member will only get a decision the following Thursday afternoon.
