*CLOSED* Christmas Hamper Giveaway 2024- Terms and Conditions

Portadown Credit Union are giving away 2 Christmas Hampers to thank our members for their continued support throughout the year. We will choose 1 winner online (via Facebook) and 1 winner in office. Members can enter both online and in office. Both giveaways will run 3rd-10th December and winners will be chosen and contacted on Wednesday 11th December.

To enter in office:

  1. Members must make a transaction
  2. Fill in a entry form

Both giveaways are open to PCU members only. If you live or work within Portadown and the surrounding townlands, you can join here.

Please be vigilant of scam accounts imitating to be Portadown Credit Union. We will never ask you for personal or financial information to claim your prize, nor will we send you a friend request. We will only ever contact you via our official Facebook page.

Terms and conditions for Portadown Credit Union social media competitions.

  1. Employees or Volunteers of Portadown Credit Union may not enter the Promotion. If they do and are chosen, a new winner will be picked.
  2. The competition is open to Portadown Credit Union members only.
  3. In addition to being a PCU member, entrants must follow the steps in the post caption for a valid entry.
  4. The competition will close when the competition post states.
  5. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
  6. Winner(s) will be selected at random, from all correct and/or eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. Portadown Credit Union uses an independent website to select winners based on the competition’s rules of entry i.e. like or comment. The draw takes place in the presence of the Marketing Officer and at least one staff or board member.
  7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is in no way responsible for any aspect of this competition including its fulfilment.
  8. There is no cash alternative to the prize and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  9. Portadown Credit Union reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  10. If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Portadown Credit Union reasonable control, then the Portadown Credit Union reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  11. Portadown Credit Unions decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  12. The name and photograph of the winner(s) may be used by Portadown Credit Union and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winner(s) agree to allow Portadown Credit Union to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
  13. Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the winner being notified.
  14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

Terms and Conditions Portadown Credit Union in office competitions.

  1. Employees or Volunteers of Portadown Credit Union may not enter the draw.
  2. Open to those Portadown Credit Union members who come into the office and make a transaction between 03/12/24-10/12/24.
  3. Members will only be able to enter the draw for another member if they are making a transaction on their behalf on the day.
  4. The winner will be selected at random, from all correct and/or eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by phone.
  5. The draw will take place in the presence of the Marketing Officer and at least one staff member or board member.
  6. The winner will be contacted on 11/12/24. This is subject to change.
  7. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Portadown Credit Union reasonable control, then Portadown Credit Union reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  8. Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the winner being notified.
