Updating your PCU account details

Portadown Credit Union would like to highlight the importance of keeping your account details accurate.

What account details do I need to ensure are accurate and how do I update them?

1. Address
   To update: Come into our office with valid photographic ID and physical proof of new address (dated within the past 3 months) e.g. utility bill or government issued document
2. Photographic ID is valid
   To update: Come into our office with a valid photographic ID
3. Phone number
   To update: Come into our office with valid photographic ID
4. Nominee
   To update: Come into the office with valid photographic ID and fill out a new nomination form
5. Email Address
   To update: Come into our office with valid photographic ID

Why is this important?

To ensure Portadown Credit Union will be able to reach the member about their account. Members will not be able to register for online access if their details are not up to date.
