Our new app is live! DOWNLOAD NOW

Portadown Credit Union are thrilled to announce our new app is now live!

This is available on Google Play and App Store.

If you have our old app "CuMobile", please uninstall this and install "Portadown Credit Union" which can be easily accessible by clicking Google Play or App Store above.

ALL members will need a new PIN to access both the online banking (on the website) and the new app. The old app PIN will no longer work.

This can be done by:

Phoning us on (028) 3833 5104 and requesting an online access PIN. Press 4 for a direct line.
Answer 3 security questions such as DOB, mobile number and address. Please ensure the mobile number we have on the system is correct as this is the number the PIN will be sent to.
State the 6 digit verification code you will receive from us via SMS (whilst on the phone)
You will receive your PIN to log in via SMS. Please log in within 24hrs after receiving this PIN. After the initial log in, you will be asked to change this passcode which will be your new PIN going forward.

You will need your account (member) number also therefore if you do not know yours, please ask for this over the phone.

Our phone lines will be very busy over the next few weeks as we assist everyone with these new digital offerings so please be patient with us. If you're in office, this can be done over the counter also.
