Member Survey 2025
Portadown Credit Union are kindly asking all members to complete our 3 minute anonymous survey to help us improve the service we provide. This survey can be entered online here or completed in the office.
For those who take part, there will be a choice to enter a draw to win 1 of our 5 £20 local business vouchers (of your choice). Your member number will be required to enter. This will only be used to contact you if you win.
The survey will run until the end of May 2025.

Terms and conditions
- Entrant must be a Portadown Credit Union member.
- Employees or Volunteers of Portadown Credit Union may not enter the draw.
- The winners will be selected at random, from all correct and/or eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by phone.
- The draw will take place in the presence of the Marketing Officer and at least one staff member or board member.
- If the winner/s cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Portadown Credit Union reasonable control, then Portadown Credit Union reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
- Prizes must be collected in person within 30 days of the winner being notified.
- The winner must consent to have their photograph took.
- The name and photograph of the winner/s will be used by Portadown Credit Union for post-event publicity purposes. The winner agrees to allow Portadown Credit Union to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
- Portadown Credit Unions decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full of these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
