AGM 2022
Dear Member,
You are cordially invited to attend the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Portadown Credit Union on Tuesday 29th November at 7.00pm, in our premises at 26 Market Street Portadown.
Due to the ongoing prevalence of COVID 19, the Board of Directors have requested that, if you are in acceptance of our invitation, you must contact us either by calling into the office during business hours or e-mail to advise us of your attendance; no later than 4pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2022. A face mask will be mandatory, and access will be limited to those members who have given prior notice of attendance.
There is one vacancy to be filled on the Board of Directors. Nominations for this post must be in writing and signed by both a proposer and seconder. Nominee, proposer and seconder must all be over 18 and members of Portadown Credit Union. The nominee must sign the nomination to evidence his/her consent. Forms are available at the Credit Union Office at the address above and must be returned no later than Saturday 27th November to be valid.
As a member of this Credit Union, your savings remain secure and guaranteed under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Details of this can be viewed on our website or accessed in hard copy from our counter staff at any time, together with all regulatory statements and information privacy notices.
